Basse Broye Watch Servicing
All Basse Broye wristwatches have a two-year guarantee, but all watches should be serviced in order to ensure that the mechanics are correctly lubricated and aligned, and any worn parts are replaced. Basse Broye recommends servicing frequency of about 24 months.
As part of the process of servicing, each and every watch is bench tested against our exacting standards for 24 hours. Each watch will undergo a series of tests, from water resistance pressure testing to timekeeping accuracy.
When returning your watch for service please pack it in a sturdy box to ensure maximum protection. Send it registered mail with your guarantee or proof of purchase (if within the guarantee period) and a reason for its return. Include your name, return address, email address and daytime telephone number.
If you wish to service a watch that is now out of the guarantee period, please follow the above instructions in order to return it to us, and we will contact you to provide a free estimate prior to carrying out work.
